An Energy Efficiency Service Provider (EESP) can be any organization, group or individual who provides materials and/or services related to the installation of an energy efficiency project. EESPs are typically firms that specialize in implementing energy efficiency projects and have a staff of professionals trained to identify energy efficiency opportunities, calculate potential savings, design system modifications, manage construction and installation, and/or measure energy savings. EESPs are also commonly referred to as Energy Service Companies, contractors, vendors or ESCOs. EESPs must register with SDG&E to be added to the Energy Efficiency Service Providers list on this webpage. To register on-line, click here for the EESP Registration Form.
